Businessman in Duterte’s ‘narcolist’ arrested by PDEA

ILIGAN CITY (April 9) —A former barangay official and a business was arrested inside his house in a joint operation here last Wednesday, April 3, in Purok 7, Upper Hinaplanon.

Police Captain Neil Mark Quipanes, city police deputy chief, identified the suspect as Al Daud Cali, a businessman, who sells construction materials, who used to be a barangay chairman.

Quipanes said Cali “Is included in the narcolist PRRD (President Rodrigo R. Duterte) previously released.”

He is listed by PDEA as number 7 among the high value target in Lanao del Norte.

Cali was arrested by virtue of a search warrant for possession of illegal drugs.
operatives found three medium-sized sachets of believed to be ‘shabu’ .

Taken from Cali’s possession was suspected illegal drugs ‘shabu’ with an estimated market value of P105,000.
