Garma is new PCSO boss

CEBU CITY — Cebu City Police Director Royina Garma is the new general manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

President Rodrigo Duterte in a speech Monday night, June 24, 2019 announced Garma’s appointment as the new PCSO general manager replacing retired Marine general Alexander Balutan.

Duterte fired Balutan in March due to corruption charges.

Garma is the first female police chief of the Cebu City Police Office.

She was also one of the station commander of Davao City when Duterte was mayor. (Newsline)
