Patients 442 (28 years old), 443 (32 years old) and 444 (50 years old) are “admitted to Covid-19 facilities in the region and in stable condition,” DOH Davao Region health officials said.

DOH surveillance teams and Davao City Health Office (CHO) personnel have been deployed to do extensive information-gathering and contact tracing on all persons who interacted with the patients.

“The health team is already coordinating with the concerned airline and with other agencies to expedite the contact tracing,” DOH-11 said.

Meanwhile, DOH-11 said the other Covid-19 positive persons–Patient 262 and 26–who are currently admitted at the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) are in stable condition.

Patient 130 has already recovered and has been discharged from the Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC) in Tagum City on Monday.

DOH-11 said the region currently has six PUI deaths, two of whom already died while waiting for their tests to arrive. The other PUIs are still waiting for their test results.
