Padayon ang FM pass sa Davao City

DAKBAYAN SA DABAW — Ang Davao City Government mopadayon sa ilang pagpatuman sa “Food and Medicine” (FM) pass samtang ang dakbayan nagpabilin sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ), kini ang gibutyag ni Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.

Sumala ni Duterte-Carpio, kinahanglan nilang repasohon ang mga patakaran sa paggamit sa FM pass ug mohimo og bag-ong mga lagda aron malikayan ang kalibog kabahin sa pagpatuman niini.

“Kinahanglan siya buhatan og guidelines before siya i-withdraw or i-continue with modification para dili magkagubot ang implementation sa ground,” ingon ni Mayor Mayor Sara.

Gibutyag usab sa mayor nga ila nang gituki ang paglibkas sa paggamit sa FM pass kung ipaubos na ang dakbayan sa GCQ, apan wala kini aprubahi sa taga-sektor sa seguridad.

“Initially, when the FM pass was discussed in relation to GCQ, wala mosugot ang atoang security sector nga tanggalon ang FM pass,” sulti ni Duterte-Carpio.

Matud pa ni Inday Sara, ilang nahisgutan ang paglibkas sa FM pass human miingon si Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año nga dili na kinahanglan ang mga quarantine pass sa Metro Manila ubos sa GCQ.

Miaging semana, gipasabot ni Año sa publiko nga dili na total lockdown ang GCQ, apan kinahanglan gihapon ipatuman sa minimum nga level ang mga health standard.

Ang mga lumolupyo sa Davao City kinahanglan magdala og FM pass kung mogawas sa ilang mga panimalay para mopalit og pagkaon ug tambal.

Ang mga residente nga dunay FM pass nga nagtapos sa odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) makagawas sa mga adlaw nga Lunes, Miyerkules, ug Biyernes, samtang ang kadtong nagunit og mga FM pass nga nagtapos sa 0,2,4,6,8 tugtang mogawas sa mga adlaw nga Martes, Huwebes, ug Sabado.

Ang tanang namuyo sa dakbayan dili makagawas sa matag adlaw sa Domingo. (LBG)
