Provincial gov’t holds medical mission for residents in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur

DAVAO DEL SUR – Residents of Barangay Zone 1 in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, received much-needed medical assistance during a medical mission conducted by the Provincial Government through the Provincial Health Office. The event took place at 8:00 AM on September 27.

The medical mission provided a range of healthcare services to the community. Minor surgeries were performed, and circumcision services were offered to young boys. Residents also had access to free medicine and reading eyeglasses.

The primary goal of the mission was to ensure that residents received the necessary healthcare services and assistance for their medical needs. Governor Yvonne Cagas and Board Member Dr. Frank Tongcos personally attended the event to support and engage with the community.

This initiative reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to improving the health and well-being of the residents in Davao del Sur by bringing essential healthcare services directly to the barangays.
