Authorities conduct drug bust operation in Digos City, apprehend drug den suspect

DAVAO – Authorities from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Davao del Sur police carried out a successful buy-bust operation at 2:03 AM yesterday in Barangay Zone 1, Digos City, Davao del Sur, resulting in the raid of an alleged drug den.

The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Nur Aniza Pacalna, was taken into custody. He holds the dubious distinction of being the 9th individual on the list of illegal drug personalities in the Davao Region.

During the operation, authorities seized suspected shabu with an estimated street value of 81,600 pesos.

Notably, two minors were rescued during the operation, and another individual, identified as Karim Malli, was also arrested as a drug den visitor.
