TAGUM CITY, – Preparations for the forthcoming Town and Parochial Fiesta on November 26, 2023, are in full swing as the setup of carnival rides has commenced in Tagum City.
The carnival rides are being assembled along Apokon Road, near a shopping mall, in anticipation of the first day of the festivities, which is just around the corner.
