China nawad-an og gana nga pondohan ang Mindanao Railway Project

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO— Nawad-an na og gana ang Chinese government nga pondohan ang Philippine railway projects, o ang 100-kilometer Mindanao Railway Phase 1.

Sa usa ka sulat nga gipadala sa Department of Finance (DOF)  nga gipadala sa Chinese Embassy.

Nakalatid sa sulat nga sumala sa panaghisgut sa mga opisyal sa Department of Transportation, dili na interesado ang Goverbierno sa Pilipinas nga ipadayon ang nasabutan nga finansyal nga tabang pinaagi sa Official Development Assistance kon ODA, Alang sa Mindanao Railway Project Phace 1 nga nga molambigit sa Tagum-Davao-Digos Segment sa Mindanao Railway.

Dugay nang Nangandam na ang city government sa Tagum kabahin sa proyekto ug ila nang gisugdan ug plasta ang mga residente nga maapektuhan sa Mindanao Railway project sa  Davao-Tagum Sector.

Sumala usa ka senior economic manager sa Pilipinas, dunay usa ka Chinese senior economic official, nabalaka ang China  kabahin sa “geopolitical factors” kon problema sa lugar hinungdAN NGA wala na nagsige ang Beijing kabahin sa proyekto.

Sumala ni Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista  iyang nabati nga nawad-an na ug gana ang China nga pondohan ang ilang mga proyekto sa Pilipinas.

Una nang nagpadayag og suporta ang China sa P83-billion Mindanao Rail Project Phase 1, nga unta sugdan niadtong tuig 2019.

Apan, wala na silay nadungog  Ang Department of Transportation gikan sa gobierno sa China kabahin sa pondo  sukad niadtong tuig 2022

 Ang pryekto nasugdan niadtong panahon ni Presidente Duterte.

Nangayo na ug 3percent nga interest ang China ug Nakita sa gobierno nga dili kini paborable sa interest sa Pilipinas.

Apan, sa pagkakaron, gikonsidera na sa Pilipinas nga mi-atras na ang China sa ilang unang saaad ug kasabytan.

Apan, matud sa DOTr ipadayon ang proyekto bisan pa man ni-atras na ang china.

Sumala ni Secretary Jaime Bautista pangitaan sa gobierno sa Pilipinas ug paagi nga madayon ang proyekto kay naapil na kin isa mga proyekto sa Buil, Build More sa administrasyon ni Presidente Ferdinand Bongbong marcos.

Daghan usab ang nagduda nga pag -atras sa China -dunay kalambigitan sa padayon nga pagprotesta sa Pilipinas sa pagsulod sa China sa West Philippiine Sea.
