Davao City Police arrest driver carrying unlicensed firearm

DAVAO CITY – A call for police assistance led the police assigned to the Catalunan Grande Compact to discover that a man was carrying unlicensed firearms around his neighborhood.

The caller said a man is brandishing a revolver is scaring their community.

On Sunday afternoon, arrested a certain alias “Delfin”, 57 years old, Driver and resident of Sitio Escuela, Catalunan Grande, Davao City, a driver, for carrying an unlicensed revolver.

The police recovered the suspect’s .38 revolver with bullets but he failed to show a document on his barrel.

A case of illegal possession of firearms will be charged against him before the court today, April 29.
