Davao drone show draws flak

DAVAO CITY — Hundreds of people flocked to Davao Coastal area to witness the supposedly first ever spectacular Drone Show on Saturday night but it went pfft.

Hundreds of Visitors endured the monstrous traffic only to end up frustrated. No drone fly until midnight.

Kat Dalisay of Manic Nightnings Event Productions on a Facebook post said there was a technical glitch, signal was a struggle prompting the organizers to ask attendees to shut off their mobile data in an effort to realize the show.

The public apology.

Disgusted visitors and participants went home angry. Organizers vowed that the show will push through today March 5.

Visitors posted on their Facebook accounts their disgust blaming the organizers being unprepared and their failure to coordinate with the telecommunications company which contributed to the failure

The Drone Show is among the activities lined up for the 86th Araw ng Dabaw.
