Duterte takes a break in Hongkong

DAVAO CITY (October 7) — President Rodrigo Duterte  took a  weekend break in Hongkong with partner Honeylet Avaceña and their daughter Veronica”Kitty.

Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go on his facebook page captioned series of photos of the President with caption “Bago pa maunahan ng fake news, kailangan din magpahinga ng Pangulo (Before fake news gets around, the President also needs a beak).”

A photo showed, Duterte dined with Honeylet, Kitty and GO.

Spending his weekend there, Duterte took time to visit shops where he was photographed choosing yellow jacket shirt in a shopping mall.

The photo is captioned “Kahit panay ang batikos ng dilawan kay Tatay Digong, nagawa pa niyang pumili ng damit na kulay yellow!!! (Despite being criticized by yellow group(referring to opposition Liberal Party), Tatay Digong still managed to choose color yellow dress).”

Go said the President arrived in Hong Kong early Saturday morning and set to return on Sunday.

While in Hongkong,  Duterte casually walked around places as he enjoyed his moment with family.

People close to Duterte said, the President missed the things he used to enjoy before he became President.

Duterte  used to visit Hongkong for a break before he became President, he spent time with his grandchildren and family during December and Summer.-NewsLine
