DAVAO CITY (June 28) — The private residence of former President Rodrigo Duterte in Davao City is now up for sale, confirmed by his partner Honeylet Avanceña in an interview with DZRH.

“Masakit sa dibdib ko every time I go inside. Ako na lang ang pumapasok diyan. May apat na katulong pero walang amo. We abandoned it after what happened. I cannot sleep there anymore because the lawyers asked us to install CCTV — even inside the bedroom,“ Avanceña told DZRH.

(It breaks my heart every time I enter that house,” she shared emotionally. “There are four house helpers, but no one truly lives there anymore. We abandoned it after what happened. I can’t sleep there, especially after our lawyers advised us to install CCTV cameras — even inside the bedroom.”

The property, once the center of Duterte’s personal and political life, now stands as a quiet reminder of shifting times.
