Ex-DCPO director Dubria is now PNP-12 director

DAVAO CITY — Former Davao City Police Office director Brigadier General Michael John Dubria is now the regional director of Philippine National Police-12.

Dubria was designated by PNP Chief Archie Gamboa in a special order dated May 19, promoting him as PNP-12 Regional Director.

Meantime, Dubria is also noted for his track record as a Police Officer and vast expertise in the fields of investigation, intelligence, operations, and community relations.

In 2018, Dubria was assigned as chief of the Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA).

Dubria is a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Sambisig” Class 1991.
