DAVAO CITY — The family of Christine Sunga Corpuz, the 45 year-old manager of Avon cosmetics, who was found dead on March 1, is crying for justice as the police is working to find the suspect.

Corpuz left their house in NCCC Village Buhangin District this city about 4 o’clock in the afternoon on February 28 while her husband William was asleep, to see a dressmaker to do a repair on of her dress but failed to come home.

On March 1, at about 3:00 in the afternoon, police authorities and Christine’s family found her lifeless body naked in secluded area with tall trees just about 150 meters from her house; her pants folded and mobile phone just near her while the money in her wallet was missing.

On Saturday, Christine’s family brought her to General Santos City for her internment on Sunday, March 7.

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio has already put up P300,000.00 reward for anyone who can provide information for the arrest of the suspect.

Arnel Corpuz, nephew of the victim said the family wants justice.
