Ang advisory nag-ingon nga ang kamandoan nahisubay sa Memorandum Circular No. 76 nga gipagawas sa Office of the President nga nagsuspinde sa mga klase ug trabaho sa gobyerno sa Lungsod sa Manila ug Pasay City.
Ang advisory, bisan pa, midugang nga “[p]ersonnel sa Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms ug sa Maintenance ug General Services Bureau nga anaa sa shifting schedule dili sakop sa suspension sa trabaho.”
