COTABATO –Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the recent explosion of a suspected improvised explosive device (IED) near Kulambog Elementary School in Pikit, Cotabato Province. The incident occurred around 1:30 AM on October 12, 2023.
As of now, authorities have not confirmed the nature of the IED or identified those responsible for the explosion.
Following the incident, authorities have increased their alertness, and residents in the area have been advised to remain vigilant.
Police and military personnel are appealing for cooperation from the public, urging them to promptly report any suspicious activities or individuals in the vicinity. (via Gio del Mundo)
