DAVAO CITY — Former City Police Director now sits as provincial director of the Police Regional Office 13 (PRO-13).
Brigadier General Kirby John Kraft on Friday ssumed as police regional director of Caraga Region. Kraft replaced Brig. Gen. Pablo Labra II. The later served he post for only nine months.
Gen. Filmore Escobal, Area Police Command chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Eastern Mindanao led the turnover ceremony held at Camp Rafael Rodriguez.
In his acceptance speech, Kraft pledged “To cherish the values and principles that define our organization by working to safeguard the peace and security of our region,”
Kraft has been assigned to various places in Mindanao including Davao City.
