Lady traffic volunteer gunned down in South Cotabato

DAVAO CITY –— A lady traffic volunteer at the Highway Patrol Group was gunned down at around 6:00 in the evening on Tuesday in Tantangan, South Cotabato.

Police identified the victim as Mary Ann Balario Lustro.

Initial police investigation revealed that the victim was driving her Aerox 155 motorbike on her way home when the suspects shot her along the national highway of Barangay San Filipe, Tantangan.

She was declared dead upon arrival at a local hospital.

The police are still investigating the motive of the killing to identify the suspects.
