Military’s FA-50 fighter jet missing in Bukidnon

DAVAO CITY.—— The Provincial Police Command of Bukidnon confirmed that a FA-50 fighter jet went missing while traversing Mt. Katakungan in the province of Bukidnon earlier today.

Police Colonel Jovit Cullaway told Newsline “It is missing and we cannot yet find the wreckage in Mt. Kalatungan.”

Cullaway said the incident was located in Mt. Kalatungan not in Mt. Kitanglad as earlier reported.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines said the Jet lost communication during a tactical operation.

The said fighter jet has the capacity to carry two persons.
