MNLG Chair Sema retains post

DAVAO CITY — Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) chairman Muslimin Sema retains his seat as the Bangsamoro labor minister after Bangsamoro Government chief minister Ahod Ebrahim denied his courtesy resignation,

Earlier on, Ebrahim ordered all ministers of his cabinet to tender their courtsey resignation due tp the impending cabinet revamp.

On Tuesday however, reporters received a copy of Ebrahim’s directive for MNLF Chairman Muslimin Sema to remain as he labor minister of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

Sema who is also the chairman of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. Both groups have a peace agreement in Malacanang, collaborating in projects aimed at making the entire autonomous region peaceful and prosperous. According to Sema, Ebrahim’s rejection of his courtesy resignation is an indication of his leadership’s dedication to include the various sectors in the autonomous region in the management of the Bangsamoro regional government.
