“When I say I will work 24/7 I do it, that has been my work vow when I was the chief-of-staff of Congressman Pantaleon Daz Alvarez of the first district of Davao del Norte, because for me, people welfare and benefit should not be taken for granted especially that our province is logging behind in terms of programs and development for out people,” Jubahib said in vernacular.
