PAL announces potential discontinuation of domestic routes

DAVAO CITY— Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced plans to discontinue several domestic routes, prompting travelers to adjust their travel plans accordingly. The following routes will cease operations:

  • Iloilo to Davao: Last flight on December 1, 2024
  • Iloilo to General Santos: Last flight on November 28, 2024
  • Manila to Pagadian: Last flight on January 14, 2025

While these routes will be phased out, PAL will introduce a new service, launching flights from Manila to Cauayan, Isabela, starting January 15, 2025.

Travelers are encouraged to make necessary arrangements and stay updated on the latest flight schedules as PAL continues to refine its offerings. The airline aims to enhance connectivity in other regions while streamlining its operations.
