PCSO shares with the kids

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office showed its soft spot as they shared blessings to the street kids in different parts of the country.

Royina M. Garma, the PCSO General Manager said, “Gift-giving to the street kids and the segments of our society who need to feel the spirit of Christ is one of our activities for this season of giving.”

Garma,  a proficient and bemedalled  police officer who championed the cause of street children and women in Davao City during her stay said, “The Essence of Christ’s birth is love to humanity, and the spirit of love we need is to reinforce the spirit of Christmas in this modern time.”

“Our priority is the concern for Indigenous Peoples and Street Dwellers. We’d  been to Baguio and Palawan and our last leg is Mindanao,” Garma added.

Gift-giving, according to Garma is a manifestation that the PCSO is not just all about games, “it is also a charity institution that cares for the people,” she concluded.
