PhilHealth reaches out to LGBTQ+ community in CDO

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The Office for Community Affairs – Volunteerism and Active Citizenship, in collaboration with the City Health Insurance Office, recently organized the “PhilHealth Konsulta” activity, providing inclusive services to the LGBTQ+ community, volunteer groups, and riders.

The event, held in partnership with various local government initiatives, encompassed a range of services, including profiling, medical consultations, and the distribution of medicines.

The collaborative effort between local government and volunteer groups aimed to ensure accessibility to health services for diverse communities. The PhilHealth Konsulta initiative aligns with the city’s commitment to promoting health and well-being among residents.
