DAVAO DEL NORTE (August 18) — Provincial Prosecutor Norman Solis has equipped social workers to assist victims of abuse and ensure an accurate complaints process. The instruction took place on August 12 during the third quarter meeting of the Provincial Inter-Agency Committee Against Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Their Children (PIACAT VAWC) in the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, Provincial Capitol, Mankilam, Tagum City.
