FLOODING is Possible. Flooding in low-lying areas especially along river channels.The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to take appropriate actions, MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next advisory to be issued at 10:35AM today or any auxiliary advisory if there are significant changes in the weather condition.
