74 Zambo inmates to get free surgery

ZAMBOANGA CITY --  Seventy four inmates from Zamboanga City Reformatory Center (ZCRC) will undergo a major surgery for free at the  state-owned Zamboanga City Medical Center (ZCMC) anytime this month.
