Agri Sec files P10-M cyber libel vs. Baguio newsman over Fb post

DAVAO CITY, Philippines --- Agriculture Secretary  Emmanuel Piñol filed cyber libel against Frank Cimatu, a  newsman from Baguio City over his facebook post.
