Breaking: Bomb explodes in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat

DAVAO CITY (August 28)--- A bomb exploded in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat while the people were  in the middle of celebrating the 7th Hamungaya Festival. As of 10:30 in the evening, a source  from Isulan said one was confirmed dead while 34 were wounded. The bomb exploded  along the Highway just about 200 meters away from the municipal gym.
