The chief PNP is a square peg in a round hole

October 5, 2019 by Atty. Abeto A. Salcedo Jr.

Chief PNP (Philippine National Police) Oscar Albayalde may not really at the end of a nightmare for now, but he is certainly at the beginning of one.

Until now, PNP hierarchy is facing challenge, no less than its Chief Director Gerneral Oscar Albayalde is tagged for coddling and protecting the so-called “Ninja Cops”. The accusation has torn asunder the entire PNP organization and it will take a long time for the institution to get pass that.

The delivery of the accusation by the retired Lt Gen and now Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong was so straight and heartbreaking, which spreads like wild fire and generated not only sympathy but trust.

. Magalong’s memory pointed on Albayalde that absolutely do not have any boundaries as to the truth of his accusation that it was taken as gospel by the Filipino people. The case against Albayalde was just unstoppable juggernaut as the good Senators in the Senate Committee hearing did everything they could think of that will add to the sensationalism of the case and milked the emotions of the public.

It seemed like that the PNP Chief slipped through the system and his case made much press attention that I think it came to a point where he has become a square peg in a round hole.

And no matter how Albayalde tries to squeeze through his guilt with an embittered fashion, his effort would always be futile and in vain. If we’re just keeping it a whole stack everything goes down to the established doctrine that “It is not only what you do but also what you do not do for which you are accountable.”

In the case of Albayalde, it is worse because he did both, in the sense that he is like a two-headed monster which need get fed. His act in protecting the “Ninja Cops” keeps people on pins and needles. With this, it goes to prove that no matter what Chief PNP Albayalde does to drive out the darkness that is cast upon him; there can be no light that is able to drive out the demons within him.

Chief PNP Oscar Albayalde is in a KARMA which can be compared to a vortex , once you enter-you cannot just get out. The more he opens his mouth, cans or worms get out.

He may not be the upstanding citizen after all, they way many though he is, but the allegations hurled against him is slowly putting the Nation into a precarious and perilous situation if he continues to be the Chief PNP.

Albayalde built himself a house of cards in the PNP, which teeters on the verge of collapse and it all came crashing down on him when Mayor Magalong started to uncovered what behind PNP’s rotten wall.

Here’s a person that could be very desperate in clinging to his position. Oftentimes, when people used to wearing a false persona, they are willing to do anything to hide a secret.
