AI is the next newsroom challenge

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia–Newsroom leaders across the world see Artificial Intelligence as the greatest challenge and going through with it needs to be carefully planned.

The new technology will greatly help news media industry, but leaders must be receptive and more conscious about the content given the vast readership with varied interests.

Based on the experiences of news leaders, Gen Z, Millennials and boomers have different interest, a thing that newsroom leaders must carefully study.

Newsroom leaders must study the attitude of their readers and analyze the content to improve it.
