While all Filipinos are “deemed registered in PhilHealth”, Vergeire said those who have not registered still need to fill out a PhilHealth Member Registration Form.

She said the form must be submitted to the hospital to formalize their membership and receive Covid-19 coverage benefits. (PNA)
