Engineer shot dead in Davao City

DAVAO CITY —An engineer was shot dead by still unknown assailants in Tugbok this city on Friday night.

Authorities identified the victim as Rey Pulangas Lumacad, a resident of Deca Homes Subdivision.

Police reports indicated that the victim just dropped off his wife and child and was executing to park when the suspect(s) surfaced and shot the victim.

The report said the family heard gun burst and later found the victim riddled with bullet wounds inside his car. 

Initial police investigation revealed that that two suspects were onboard a motorbike without helmets but wore face masks approached the victim’s ca  

The victim who suffered multiple bullet wounds in various parts of his body was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival o by the physicians.

Tugbok Police are still investigating the crime to identify the suspects and determine the motive behind the killing.
