Francisco is the new CIDG chief

DAVAO CITY —-  Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM) chief Maj. Gen. Leo Francisco has been named the new director of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

Francisco assumption of office took effect on Thursday, May 2.

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francsico Marbil reassigned Francisco  following the latest reorganization of police officials.

Francisco replaced Maj. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., who was named the new chief of the Area Police Command- Northern Luzon.
