2,500 GenSan senior citizens given cash aid on birthday

Almost 2,500 General Santos City senior citizen who were born between June and August were given P2,000 each from the local government to celebrate their birthday.

Mayor Lorelie Pacquiao personally greeted the beneficaries at the event.

The cash incentive is an initiative of the LGU through the social welfare and development office and the senior citizens affairs office. This is in accordance with Ordinance No. 44 Series of 2021.
