Jubahib praised the resilience and unity of the Dabaonon people during adversities, such as the twin floods and his 90-day preventive suspension in 2024.

“That painful ordeal has never crushed our spirit nor dampened our profound dedication to service. We remained true to our mandate, holding our banner up high as a beacon of hope and progress to every Dabaonon home,” he said.

Despite the upcoming election season, Jubahib emphasized that his priority remains governance, not campaigning.

“I would rather dedicate my time and effort to making Davao del Norte more business-friendly and more competitive, improving the quality of life for our people through better health, education, infrastructure, and income opportunities,” he stated.

The governor vowed to triple his efforts in delivering basic services and implementing projects aimed at uplifting the lives of Dabaonons, signaling a strong commitment to sustained progress and development for the province in the year ahead.
