CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, November 22 – Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian, accompanied by Undersecretary for Operations Group Monina Josefina H. Romualdez, made a notable visit to the DSWD Field Office (FO) 10 in Northern Mindanao on Wednesday. The distinguished guests convened with senior officials and staff, marking Secretary Gatchalian’s first visit to FO-10 since assuming office on February 1 of this year.

The engagement served as a platform for Secretary Gatchalian to engage with the dedicated personnel of the Northern Mindanao regional office, discussing key matters related to social welfare and development. The visit underscores the department’s commitment to fostering communication and collaboration across its various branches.
