TAGUM CITY — Residents of Barangay Madaum here got a surprise of their lives after seeing it was Davao City mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio who quickly rescued a motorist who was figured in a road mishap with her motorcycle buddy on Sunday morning, they though she was just an ordinary rider.

People flocked to the highway to see what happened and who was involved in the accident which transpired in the Madaum-Maco diversion road at about 8:07 am on Sunday.
