Mga Kongresista nga nalambigit sa korapsyon gi-nganlan ni Duterte

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO— Bisan pa man wala pay klarong ebidensya ginganlan ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang mga pangalan sa mga Kongesista nga nakasulat sa listahan sa Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission’s (PACC) nga nalambigit kuno sa korapsyon.

Gihimo ni Duterte ang pag-anunsyo una niya gisugdan ang iyang public address sa telebisyon niadtong Lunes sa Gabii, Disyembre 28,2020.

Una pa man gibasa sa Presidente ang mga pangalan, giklaro niya nga wala pay “Hard evidence nga makatumbok sa mga opisyal. Sumala sa papel nga gitunol sa PACC ug gibasa ni Presidente mao kuno kini ang mga Kongresista nga nalambigit sa korapsyon,

  1. . Occidental Mindoro Rep. Josephine Ramirez Sato–Alleged Ghost Project, ang bagman iyang District Engineer;
  2. . Former Ifugao Rep. Teodoro Baguilat Jr.–Mangayo og kickback sa tanang Construction projects sa Ifugao;
  3. Quezon City Rep. Alfredo Paulo Vargas– Mangayo kuno og one-time enrollment fee nga P1-milyon ug dugang 10 to 12 percent SOP una ihatag ang project sa contractor;
  4. Misamis Occidental Rep. Henry Oaminal – Nanag-iya kuno og Construction company HSO corporation ug daghang construction projects sa Misamis Occidental;
  5. Isabela 4th District Alyssa Sheena P. Tan– Tag-iya ug constructon company nga daghan og contruction project sa Isabela;
  6. Northern Samar Rep. Paul Daza-Mao kunoy magbuot sa tanang modaug nga bidder sa iyang distrito; magbuot sa bidding ug mangayo kuno og 20-25 percent nga kickback ;
  7. . Quezon province Rep. Angelina Helen Tan-Dunay anomalya sa road project, bag-ong nahuman wala pa magamit guba na;
  8. ACT-CIS Rep. Eric Yap–mao kunoy magbout sa modaug nga bidder ug maoy magbuot kung kinsa ang ibutang nga district engineers aron makontrol ang tanang proyekto.
  9. . Bataan Rep. Geraldine Roma–Mangayo kuno og 10 percent kickback sa tanang DPWH project sa iyang distrito.

Iyang gibalik-balik ang pangalan sa kanhi Davao City First District Engineer Lorna Ricardo nga daghan kuno og gipanghimo nga anomalya gikan kaniadto hangtud karon ug datu na kuno kaayo.
