DAVAO CITY — The tragic fate of a Teduray native, Fernando Promboy, was found at the boundary of Barangay Limpongo and Barangay Tuayan Mother, Datu Hoffer Ampatuan, Maguindanao del Sur.
Promboy was first reported missing on February 17 and yesterday his body was found with his hands tied and brutally beheaded.
Before the victim was reported missing, he said he had gone to Upper Bagurot to hunt animals in the forest and check the water source of his community.
Fernando Promboy is a cousin of Juanito Promboy, the town’s IPMR who was also murdered last year.
The IP Community condemned the brutal killing of the victim.
