Duterte-Carpio will re-impose Executive Order No. 29, Series of 2020 at 12:01 on the morning of November 2.

Among those who panicked is Marvhen Abasta, a construction worker, he bought four bottles of hard liquor, “I need to store for Christmas and New Year celebration, having drinks to celebrate these occasion has been part of our tradition”.

He said he does not intend to violate any law, as he plans to drink it on November 2, December 25, and December 31. People had the chance to store their favorites since it is payday.
