Supplementary feeding program launched at DSWD XII office in Koronadal City

KORONADAL CITY – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region Twelve officially initiated the Supplementary Feeding Program at the Barangay Zone III office in Koronadal City.

The Supplementary Feeding Program, in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office, aims to provide additional nutrition to daycare pupils.

A total of 3,548 daycare children in the city are beneficiaries of this program. The Supplementary Feeding Program entails providing extra meals to supplement the regular diet of children enrolled in daycare centers.

This initiative is part of DSWD’s support for the Early Childhood Care and Development Program of the government.
