Filipino Seafarers aboard cruise ship Viking Sky

DAVAO CITY (March 25) -- The 163 Filipino seafarers aboard cruise ship ‘Viking Sky’ are safe, this was the assurance of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Sunday.
