Town employees donate blood on Valentine’s Day

DAVAO CITY — Some 52 employees from Manolo Fortich town in the province of Bukidnon have donated blood on Valentine’s Day. The blood donation drive was held at the new government center in Calanawan, Barangay Tankulan.

The activity was spearheaded by the municipal health office along with the provincial health office.

In a press statement, the municipal human resource office stated that the objective of the activity was to achieve the good health among town employees and share their blood to those who might need it.

The report added, thirty one (31) employees availed free blood sugar and blood chemistry check-up.
