Police identified the fatality as Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center (EVRMCC) chief medical technician Virgilio ‘Bong’ Hubilla Jr., 57 chief medical technologist and a resident of Barangay Sto. Niño, Tanauan, Leyte.
