“I am very happy, again, to see all the accomplishments of the 4th Infantry Division, Joint Task Force Diamond, at napatunayan niyo na talagang ito ang “fightingest” Division nang Philippine Army,” CSAFP remarks.

“Not only have you hit the target, but you have hit the target way ahead of the deadline. So, we are very confident, kami na nandoon sa General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, we are very confident that in your area, the area of the Joint Task Force Diamond, ay kayang-kaya natin taposin yung laban natin dito sa area. Kayang-kaya natin taposin yung gyera dito sa area natin, so that slowly we will shift to territorial defense,” he added.
