Kapin 300 ka kandidato sa BSKE giakusahan og ‘premature campaigning’

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO-— Nagpadala na og show-cause order ang Commission on Election sa kapin 300 ka mga kandidato alang sa Barangay ug  Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE)  tungod sa aktibidad nga murag nangampanya na og kini gidili sa balaud kon premature campaigning.

Matud ni Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco sukad nahuman ang filing sa  certificates of candidacy, nakapadala na ang Task Force Anti-Epal og kapin  1,200 ka show-cause orders nga dunay kalambigitan sa gikatahong election violations.

“Dapat kasi 3 araw matapos matanggap ang show-cause order ay sumagot na ang naturang kandidato, supporters, o iba pa na nakatanggap nito,”  saysay ni Laudiangco  atul sa usa ka public hearing.

Sa pagkakaron, wala pay na-disqualify nga kandidato sa BSKE ang Comelec.

Ang mga kandidato nga gipadalhan og show-cause order,  angayan nga mopadala sa ilang tubag kabahin sa alegasyon sa illegal ug premature campaigning base  sa ebidensya nga nakuha sa Comelec.

“Una sa lahat, yung kanilang tugon sa show-cause order, ipapaliwanag nila bakit nakakita kami ng kanilang illegal o premature campaigning, nakolekta namin ang ebidensya, ano ang tugon nila dito? Kung hindi satisfactory ang kanilang tugon dito, sila ay tahasan nang sasampahan ng kaso,” dugang sa opisyal.

Kung dili makatubag ang kandidato, posible kining pasakahan og kasong criminal o pasakahan og disqualification case,  matud ni Laudiangco.

Ang desisyon kabahin sa mga akusasyon resulbahon sa Comelec una moabot ang eleksyon sa Oktobre 30.

Gibawal sa Comelec ang pagpanghatag og ballers, t-shirts, paying ug uban pang campaign paraphernalia nga dunay pangan ug logo sa kandidato atoll sa eleksyon ug kini ikonsiderang vote-buying.
