The project kicked off in 2015 and supposedly completed this year.

Macarayog claimed  the Manlingon Bridge has been completed while the Panlibatuhan Bridge remains unfinished.

The DPWH has yet to finish the 700 meters stretch because the three private lot owners insisted to be paid first.

The government has opted expropriate the property, which is still being worked out  and  Negotiation is in progress because the  project traverse a private properly.

Right-of-way problem has been the cause of delays  in many parts of the country,  the government cannot provide immediate payment for the affected properties.-NewsLine with PNA report
