US mikondena sa pagpangataki sa China sa barko sa Pilipinas

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO— Gikondena sa Estados Unidos ang ang pagpangataki sa China sa barko sa Pilipinas niadtong Sabado samtang paingon kini maghatud og suplay sa mga nagbantay  sa West Philippines Sea.

Sa usa ka pahayag nga giluatan ni Matthew Miller, ang tigpamaba sa US State Department iyang gikondina ang dili makatarungan nga himuan sa China.

“Ang Estados Unidos nagbarug uban sa iyang kaalyado nga Pilipinas ug gikondena ang makuyaw nga mga aksyon sa People’s Republic of China (PRC) batok sa ligal nga mga operasyon sa maritime sa Pilipinas sa South China Sea kaniadtong Marso 23,” Miller matud ni Miller kaniadtong Sabado.

Matud ni Miller  ang “US-Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty naglangkob sa mga armadong pag-atake sa mga armadong pwersa sa Pilipinas, mga pampublikong barko, o mga ayroplano – lakip na ang mga Coast Guard niini – bisan asa sa South China Sea.”

Matud ni Miller, ang  pagpamomba sa China Coast Guard og tubig sa barko sa Pilipinas niadtong Sabado sa buntag “nakaguba sa rehiyon” ug nagpakita sa “tin-aw nga pagsalikway sa internasyonal nga balaod.”

Ang Pilipinas mibarog sa 2016 nga hukom sa Hague nga nakakaplag nga ang pag-angkon sa nine-dash line sa China sa dakong bahin sa South China Sea walay basehanan kay iya kini sa Pilipinas.
